The project catalogue itemises your objectives. Using the knowledge mapping tools you can define and automate the decision making process. We use the itemised list of objectives to identify the final decisions and to determinate the elements and factors that will be relevant to these decisions.

To formalise the decision process, we make use of two of our programs. 1) The Intellix Designer - Serves as an assistant when mapping business experts’ knowledge, and 2) The Intellix Analyser - helps retrieving and analysing formal knowledge (i.e. data from data bases).

Interfacing, Testing, and Debugging
We insure that the interface between the Intellix knowledge-driven system and your enterprise systems is well defined, and that the user interface is easy to understand and use. Testing and debugging of the Intellix system by representatives of the users ensures well functioning stable systems.


Training
The skills needed to build knowledge based systems are versatile. In order to participate in the projects mapping expert knowledge you should participate in a tools oriented course called 'Using Intellix Designer'. This course is recommended as a first step when initiating a first project or as a follow-up to a completed first project.

After the implementation of the system, your system administrator and the users of the system must learn how to use it. Similarly the IT staff or project managers will need to understand how to customise solutions, administer the test and production environments etc. All these skills are taught in the 'Building Advanced Intellix Solutions' course.

All courses provide practical hands-on training enabling the participants to start using the tools immediately upon completion of the training. For a full description of each course follow these links:

The courses are generally held in Denmark, but will be held in other countries if required.
