| 6 April, Intellix participated
in the SSI Conference
Peter Kelly, Unibank, and Mikkel Brahm, Professional Service Manager at Intellix, both spoke at the SSI conference on the application of intelligent software via electronic channels. Peter Kelly explained about the Intellix Help-Desk solution, which runs on Unibank's intranet. The system is implemented in the IT-department and is integrated to a Remedy ARS case treatment system. It gives support and recommends solutions to employees' IT-related questions. Some of the advantages Unibank has obtained, according to Peter Kelly, are Problem solution always at hand |
