6 April, Intellix participated in the SSI Conference

Peter Kelly, Unibank, and Mikkel Brahm, Professional Service Manager at Intellix, both spoke at the SSI conference on the application of intelligent software via electronic channels.

Peter Kelly explained about the Intellix Help-Desk solution, which runs on Unibank's intranet. The system is implemented in the IT-department and is integrated to a Remedy ARS case treatment system. It gives support and recommends solutions to employees' IT-related questions.

Some of the advantages Unibank has obtained, according to Peter Kelly, are

Problem solution always at hand
Quick and uniform solutions to trivial problems, enabling the IT-department's people to focus on more complicated matters
Log of all cases created through the intranet, enabling IT people to quickly see information already given if the system sends the problem on to the IT Department
Our Professional Service Manager, Mikkel Brahm, presented the around 100 participants at the conference with our products; Intellix Designer, Analyser and Knowledge Server, and explained about the general possibilities they offer to make e-business more intelligent and personal.
