As part of Intellix's effort to constantly provide the best possible products for its customers, Intellix is pleased to announce the commercial availability of an update for the backbone of Intellix solutions, the Intellix Knowledge Server.

The version 1.03 release addresses various issues with the current version of the product and customers are encouraged to contact their solution provider information about the benefits of upgrading existing solutions.

A number of issues that have been observed during the lifespan of Intellix Knowledge Server 1.02 (former KnowMan) have been addressed in version 1.03. Intellix Knowledge Server 1.03 is interface backwards compatible with Intellix Knowledge Server 1.02 (provided you have updated to Viewer Component 1.34.2) so upgrading should be as easy as possible.

Intellix Knowledge Server 1.03 enhances the robustness and stability of the product within the existing architecture. This might have impact on your current solution so it is strongly recommended that you consult with your solution provider before deciding whether to deploy Intellix Knowledge Server 1.03 in your production environment.
